Each of our eight villas has its own private swimming pool, garden area and traditional Cypriot barbeque. There are sun beds, umbrellas, tables and chairs in which to sit and relax outside and enjoy the winter sun in privacy. Although, the swimming pools are not heated, with temperatures averaging 22 degrees there are plenty of opportunities to top up your tan and to dip in the pool or even in the sea which is just 100 meters away.
There is a free wireless internet connection to all the villas and a variety of English speaking channels on the TV. The villas are fully heated by dually controlled air-conditioning units.
During the winter months of November-March, our guests are able to use the facilities of the hotel (Theo Sunset Tourist Resort) which is opposite our villas.
These facilities are:
1. Indoor heated swimming pool (free of charge).
2. Gym and tennis court (free of charge).
3. Restaurant and bar.
4. Mini-market.

WINTER RENTAL OFFERS:
(a) Mid-Term Rentals from 15 November to 15 March: EUR 2,000/1month or EUR 1,800/month for 3-5 months. Electricity will be paid extra by meter reading.
(b) Short-Term Rentals from November- March: EUR540/week for 2-bedroom villas, EUR680/week for 3-bedroom villas.
